Reiki means universal life force energy and is a gentle Japanese energy healing method to promote overall well-being, relaxation and ease. During a session, a practitioner puts their hands lightly on or above your body and you may feel heat/cool or tingling coming from their hands. The belief is that Reiki can assist in emotional release when a person is ready, and can stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. Many people experience it as deeply restful, similar to meditation, or the sense of peace you feel after a massage. It's often used to reduce stress, improve sleep, assist in the grieving process, and supports the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki is a complementary or alternative health approach. It does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used to manage and improve general well-being, so the body can do the healing.

Quantum Healing is similar and complimentary to Reiki and allows us to create a state where your nervous system can slow down and reset, which is when the body can start to heal itself. If there are any energetic blocks, they can be removed to allow more ease in your life. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, or more centered after a session, and have more insight into what's been holding them back, opening the door to new possibilities, for health and wellbeing, and only for what the client is ready for.

Reflexology sessions

For the Hands and/or Feet

A compression technique that targets specific points on the hands and/or feet. These points are loaded with nerve endings which when stimulated can cause reflexes throughout the body. By applying light and gentle pressure you can activate these impulses and promote healing, improve circulation and relaxation to all the systems in the body.

If you are new to Reflexology what to expect:

A reflexology treatment involves the practitioner applying pressure to specific areas of the hands and/or feet, which may correspond to different organs and body systems. This holistic approach can help reduce stress, reduce pain, enhance sleep quality and overall well-being.
